General
What is Paradise Industries?
A creative product lab. We design our own line of objects, we run a custom manufacturing studio, we distribute curated supply and we drop collabs with artists.
Where are you based?
Spain. Workshop and studio in Madrid. We ship across EU and worldwide.
Are your products legal?
We sell design objects, tools and collectibles. We do not sell any controlled substance. Our objects are legal in every country we ship to.
Do I need to be 18+ to buy?
Yes. The site is restricted to adults. You confirm age at checkout and at newsletter signup.
Orders, shipping, returns
How fast do you ship?
Stock items leave the workshop in 1–3 working days. Originals and Collabs vary — each drop page lists its shipping window before checkout.
Where do you ship?
EU at flat rate. Rest of the world at quoted rate. Some countries excluded for legal reasons — full list on the Shipping page.
Can I return a piece I bought?
Yes, within 14 days, unused and in original packaging. Numbered editions and personalised pieces cannot be returned. Full policy on the Shipping & Returns page.
My piece arrived damaged. Now what?
Email hello@paradise.industries within 7 days with photos. We replace damaged items at no cost.
Trade
How do I open a trade account?
Submit the form on the Trade page. We respond within 2 working days. Approval gives you portal access, trade pricing and access to exclusive lines.
What's the minimum first order?
€350. MOQ per category is one box. Reorders from €150.
Can I get exclusivity for my country/city?
Case by case, on select Originals lines, after a working history with us. We talk about it on the call after your first order.
Custom Lab
How long does a custom project take?
Typically 4–8 weeks from approved concept to shipped order, depending on material and complexity.
What's the minimum quantity?
50 units for resin/3D-printed pieces, 100 for ceramic and glass. We don't do single units.
Will my design end up in your own catalogue?
No. Custom work is yours. We do not resell, repurpose or reuse client artwork. NDAs available on request.
